In 2008, for the third year in a row, Backcountry Escape has won the Readers' Choice Award for
the Best Outdoor Recreational Store within the community. Based along the foothills of the
Rocky Mountains in Longmont, Colorado, we have been providing quality equipment for the outdoor
enthusiast since May, 2000.
With the outdoor industry becoming more corporate, we remain true as a specialty store. Our staff
provides personalized service and knowledge that comes with experience and use of the product. We
feel so fortunate to have such dedicated individuals working for us. Their accomplishments and
passion for the outdoors show in their personalities and ability to help others.

Our Guarantee
At Backcountry Escape, we strive to satisfy every customer.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return
it unused for a complete refund. Returns of unused (new) merchandise
are accepted with a receipt and order invoice number. All return requests
must be made within 30 days of purchase. Defective merchandise may be returned
for replacement according to the terms of the manufacturers warranty.
We reserve the option to accept refunds of used (non-defective) products
on a case-by-case basis.
